Juice for Constipation
1 apple
1 pear
Handful of grapes
1 lemon (peel it lightly)
1 large carrot or 8 small ones
1 beet with its greens
Small bowl (about 6 ounces) of lightly cooked spinach. Spinach has a small trace of cyanide, if you eat a lot of it, it’s best to buy big bags of it and bring water to boil in a large pan and throw the spinach in it for just one minute , get ride of the water and store for future use.
A bunch of watercress
Juice and enjoy!
